Dad attended Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas on a baseball scholarship, and lettered all fours years as a pitcher.
After graduating from Texas Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
he entered pilot training at Reese Air Force Base in Lubbock.
